MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Saint Charles location at 2181 Droste Road. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, leads and develops employees, manages scheduling, inventory, quality control, cash, and customer service, and supports the General Manager in improving performance. Candidates need leadership experience, communication and problem-solving skills, point-of-sale and basic computer proficiency, a valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience, a clean driving record, reliable transportation with insurance, flexible availability, and preferably a high school diploma and food service or retail management experience. Full-time and part-time positions are available; full-time employees receive health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.
