RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily store operations. The role focuses on customer service, training and coaching team members, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, managing scheduling and labor, handling inventory and ordering, and supporting marketing and store performance goals. The position is hourly, non-exempt, includes bonus opportunities and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), and requires completion of company training and Food Safety Certification.
