RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily store operations. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership, training and coaching Team Members, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, managing scheduling and labor, supporting inventory and marketing initiatives, and partnering with the General Manager to meet store performance goals. The position is hourly, non-exempt, requires adherence to Domino’s and RPM training programs, and includes eligible benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
