Team Honey Badger, a large Domino’s franchise group, is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations and progress toward General Manager. The role involves leading and developing team members, providing customer service, maintaining food quality and speed standards, managing schedules, labor, inventory, cash handling, banking, profitability, hiring, and sales-supporting marketing activities. Candidates should have strong people and customer-service skills, sound math, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, and flexibility for weekend and opening or closing shifts.
