The role supports the General Manager by running shifts, leading and coaching team members, serving customers, managing labor and schedules, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, handling cash, operating store equipment, and helping achieve store and service goals. It is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities and requires applicants to be at least 18, pass a criminal background check, communicate effectively, and handle physical activities including lifting up to 25 pounds.
