Description
The Assistant Manager oversees store operations in the absence of the General Manager and performs pizza-making duties, trains new hires, opens and closes the store, coordinates staff, communicates with customers and team members, maintains product quality and customer satisfaction, and ensures safety and security. The role requires reliable transportation, a two-year clean driving history, valid insurance, the ability to lift 15 pounds, and availability for nights and weekends. Prior fast-casual restaurant or hand-tossed pizza-making experience is a plus, and the employer will train the right candidate. The position pays $10–$12 per hour based on experience.
