RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating over 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts and support daily operations. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership, training and coaching, safety and sanitation, scheduling support, inventory and ordering, and helping achieve store performance goals while working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is hourly with bonus opportunities, and benefits for eligible team members include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
