RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts, support daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help the General Manager achieve performance, safety, and cleanliness goals. The role includes training and coaching team members, managing scheduling and labor, handling customer and team issues, supporting inventory and ordering, and following Domino’s/RPM training programs such as Pizza College.
