Rainbow Pizza, a Domino's Pizza franchisee operating more than 60 locations across South Texas, is hiring an assistant manager to oversee all aspects of a store shift, including staffing, inventory, cash and cost controls, food management, customer service, paperwork, cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and policy compliance. The role requires prior assistant manager experience, leadership and communication skills, schedule flexibility, the ability to open or close the store, and the physical ability to work in a demanding restaurant environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds for deliveries and supplies.
