RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the General Manager in Domino’s store operations. The role involves customer service, team leadership and coaching, scheduling, labor and inventory management, equipment operation including oven-tending, food safety, cleanliness, marketing execution, problem-solving, and meeting store service and performance goals. It is an hourly position requiring applicants to be at least 18, pass the RPM Freshman class, obtain required food safety certification, and work 40 or more hours per week.
