RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store shifts, support daily operations, and help drive customer service, safety, training, and performance goals across its Domino’s locations. The role involves coaching team members, managing labor and scheduling support, maintaining brand and food safety standards, handling customer and employee concerns, and contributing to inventory, ordering, marketing, and operational initiatives. The position is hourly and includes bonus opportunities as well as benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) for eligible team members.
