RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises in the United States, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, run shifts, support the General Manager, coach Team Members, and maintain service, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across high-volume stores. The role includes scheduling support, customer issue resolution, inventory and ordering support, and participation in Domino’s/RPM training programs such as Pizza College. Compensation is hourly with bonus opportunities, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) for eligible team members.
