Domino’s is seeking Assistant Managers for an independently owned and operated Domino’s franchise store. The role assists with shift-level store operations, including cost, inventory, cash, customer relations, staffing, scheduling, administration, maintenance coordination, order processing, food preparation, equipment operation, cleaning, and deliveries when needed. Applicants must be at least 18, pass a background check, hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and demonstrate navigation, communication, customer service, judgment, data handling, and teamwork skills. The job involves a fast-paced food-service environment with driving, lifting, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, repetitive hand tasks, and exposure to heat, cold, weather, food odors, and mechanical hazards.
