RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead store shifts in a high-volume Domino’s franchise environment. The role focuses on customer service, team leadership and development, scheduling and labor support, food and store safety, sanitation, inventory and ordering, operational and marketing initiatives, and achievement of store performance goals. It requires completion of RPM training, food safety certification where required, strong communication, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is hourly, non-exempt, and offers eligible medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
