Description
Assistant Manager role at RPM Pizza, a large family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across Indiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana. The position leads store shifts in a high-volume environment, supports the General Manager with daily operations, trains and develops team members, maintains service/quality/cleanliness, handles scheduling and labor management, and helps with inventory, ordering, customer concerns, and marketing initiatives. The role is hourly, non-exempt, includes eligible benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), and requires completion of RPM/Domino’s training and food safety certification.
