The role manages staffing, inventory, cash and cost controls, food management, paperwork, scheduling, cleanliness, marketing, profitability, policy adherence, and customer service while also performing general store duties such as order processing, food preparation, stocking, equipment operation, and cleaning. The position requires judgment, math, multitasking, communication, computer order entry, safe driving, access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to meet substantial physical demands; on-the-job training is provided.
