DCP Pizza, LLC (an independent Domino’s Pizza franchisee) is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily shift operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role focuses on team leadership, customer service, operational standards, food safety, cash handling, cost control, and training/coaching staff to support store performance and profitability. The position is hourly, non-exempt, requires flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays, and prefers prior restaurant or leadership experience along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
