RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead shifts in high-volume Domino’s franchise stores. The role oversees customer service, team-member coaching, scheduling and labor support, food and store safety, sanitation, inventory, ordering, marketing initiatives, and achievement of store performance goals. It requires completion of RPM training, strong communication, food safety certification as locally required, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The position is hourly, non-exempt, and includes eligible medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
