RPM Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support daily operations at Domino’s franchise stores. The role includes customer service, team leadership and training, scheduling and labor support, food and workplace safety, inventory and ordering, equipment operation, issue resolution, and execution of marketing and operational initiatives. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, completion of RPM training, food safety certification as required, and the ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional assisted lifting up to 50 pounds.
