Description
The Assistant Manager leads shifts and supports daily store operations at an RPM Pizza location, including customer service, team development, scheduling, food safety, sanitation, equipment operation, inventory, and performance goals. The role requires RPM training, food safety certification, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes hourly pay with bonus opportunities and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits for eligible Team Members.
