Description

EquipmentShare’s Forge & Build is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Kirksville, Missouri facility. The role supports store operations, sales and profitability, inventory and expense management, merchandising, customer service, staff leadership, receiving and dispatch, safety compliance, and operational change management. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and weekend work, and requires flexibility for 45+ hours per week. Preferred qualifications include retail management, team leadership, and customer service experience.
