Description

EquipmentShare’s Forge & Build is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Iowa City, Iowa facility. The role supports store operations, sales and profitability, inventory and expense management, merchandising, receiving and dispatch, customer service, safety compliance, and staff development. It requires leading store associates, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime after 40 hours and weekend work, and offers full-time medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
