The Assistant Manager is a developmental role preparing the individual for the General Manager position by assisting in the profitable operation of a single-unit store, modeling company values, leading and developing team members, and learning all General Manager functions. The role requires at least 18 years of age, 1–2 years of restaurant supervisory experience, availability, hands-on leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, communication skills, and teamwork.
