Everlast Gyms is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering commercial and operational results across sales, member experience, operations, and team performance. The role involves coaching and developing staff, supporting recruitment and retention, driving membership and personal-training revenue, monitoring KPIs, managing member queries and retention, maintaining club standards and safety, and supporting marketing and profitability initiatives. Candidates need previous leadership experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or retail, strong communication and commercial skills, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays; Level 2 fitness, gym operations, membership sales, and health-and-safety experience are desirable.
