Fred Perry is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and commercial targets, delivering customer service, supervising daily store operations, developing the team, maintaining health and safety standards, analysing sales data, and representing the brand in-store and in the local community. The role requires retail supervisor or assistant management experience, commercial awareness, EPOS and reporting skills, and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and bank holidays.
