The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy Greene King pub, leads the team in delivering customer experiences, acts as a role model, supports training and development, and upholds brand standards and customer and team safety. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and sufficient spoken and written English to understand allergen controls.
