The Anchor Bankside, Southwark, London is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the pub. The role leads shifts across food, drink, and events; coaches and develops team members; drives customer service, sales, food safety, compliance, cleanliness, and health and safety; and takes responsibility for the business and team when the General Manager is absent. Candidates should have hospitality leadership or supervisory experience, strong people-management and customer-service skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
