The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy Greene King pub, lead the team in delivering customer experiences, act as a role model, support training and development, and uphold brand standards and customer and team safety. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and sufficient spoken and written English to understand allergen controls.
