The Pavilion is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the pub's day-to-day operations, including shift ownership, team leadership, service and food standards, sales, stock, rota, cash management, health and safety, licensing, and preparation for busy sporting occasions. The role requires prior hospitality management experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work hands-on in a busy environment. The salary is £31,000–£37,500 plus bonus, with career development and employee benefits.
