Description
The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Centre Manager at a Halfords Autocentre in Leeds, providing management and leadership while spending time in the workshop with technicians and supporting daily sales and customer service. The role requires hands-on mechanic experience or similar management experience, technical and mechanical knowledge, workshop operations knowledge, health and safety compliance, communication, IT, organisational, and time-management skills, plus a full driving licence. The position is full time, five days per week, with a base salary of £34,000–£36,000 and an uncapped bonus scheme.
