Halfords is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for its Mobile Expert business in Greenford, Middlesex. The role supports a team of tyre fitters and technicians, manages hub vehicles and team members, handles goods and opening/closing the Hub, mentors technicians, and delivers a customer-focused service. Applicants need management experience, customer-focused experience, computer literacy, a full driving licence with no more than six points held for at least 12 months, and availability for five days per week between 6am and 8pm plus every other weekend. The position offers a base salary of £36,516 plus an average annual bonus of £5,400, with additional employee benefits.
