The Assistant Manager will work alongside the Centre Manager in a Durham Autocentre, dividing time between the workshop, technicians, sales, and customer service. The role supports profitability, customer experience, coaching, training, compliance, and workshop operations, with a base salary of £32,000–£34,000 and an uncapped bonus scheme. Candidates should have hands-on mechanic or similar management experience, technical and mechanical knowledge, workshop and diagnostic knowledge, communication and organisational skills, IT ability, and a full driving licence.
