Harkins Theatres is seeking an Assistant Manager to support senior and general managers with theatre operations, supervise team members and team leaders, oversee guest services, assist with inventory and deliveries, and maintain film presentation standards. The role prefers at least one year of management experience, requires strong customer service and Microsoft Office skills, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, English communication skills, and availability during peak periods. Spanish bilingual ability and movie theatre experience are advantageous.
