Monro is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for an automotive retail service and repair store. The role acts as a key holder and manager on duty when the Store Manager is absent or business demand requires it, while assisting with store operations, service standards, guest communication, vehicle issue and solution explanations, time commitments, quality, and profitability goals.
