Description
The Assistant Manager supports the Store Director and Associate Store Manager by driving profitability, managing store operations and technology, overseeing assigned divisions, assisting with recruiting and training, coaching sales associates, leading fit sessions, engaging the community, and stepping into sales-floor roles as needed. The role requires 1–2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. Part-time and full-time options are available, with medical and prescription coverage for part-time and medical, dental, prescription, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees.
