The Assistant Manager supports the Store Director and Associate Store Manager by managing store operations, systems, technology, recruiting, training, development, customer service, visual merchandising, community engagement, and sales-floor coverage. The role requires 1–2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. Part-time and full-time options are available, with an hourly range of $21.50–$27.00 and benefits including medical, dental, prescription, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees.
