J.Crew Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, manage a designated division of responsibility, oversee store operations and technology, assist with recruiting and training, coach sales associates, lead fit sessions, engage the community, and step into sales-floor roles as needed. The role requires 1–2 years of retail management experience, scheduling flexibility, and the ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds. Part-time and full-time options are available, with an hourly range of $21.50–$27.00 and benefits including medical, dental, prescription, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees.
