JD Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in retail store operations, sales performance, KPI achievement, team leadership, customer service, merchandising standards, checkout and cash-register operations, deliveries, stocktakes, and opening and closing procedures. The role requires prior retail management or supervisory experience, leadership and communication skills, and the ability to interpret sales data. Compensation is a gross annual salary of €31,429.16–€33,000 plus a results-based bonus, employee discounts, professional development, and welfare benefits.
