JD Group is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, sales targets, KPIs, team leadership, customer service, product availability, pricing, displays, safety, checkout, deliveries, inventories, and opening and closing procedures. The role requires prior retail management or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to interpret sales data and improve performance. Compensation is €31,429.16–€33,000 EUR annually, with a performance bonus, employee discount, professional development, and welfare benefits.
