Kith is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for its Vancouver store. The role supports the General Manager by leading the sales team, maintaining a best-in-class customer experience, executing store initiatives and procedures, providing product and brand education, addressing customer issues, supporting store administration, and overseeing opening and closing operations. Candidates need 2–3 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing role, 3+ years of retail or apparel operations experience, and 2+ years leading Supervisors, along with flexible availability and strong communication, delegation, multitasking, computer, business math, and retail operations skills.
