The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a retail team, developing associates, achieving store financial goals, maintaining brand and inventory standards, operating the sales floor, and building community connections. The role requires retail management experience, flexible availability, strong customer and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform physical store duties. It is a regular full-time position at WHBM’s Fashion Center Pentagon City store in Arlington, Virginia, with hourly pay of $16.77 to $20.95 USD and optional medical, dental, and vision insurance.
