The role supports the Store Manager by leading and developing the team, driving store financial goals, assisting with hiring and coaching, managing sales-floor operations and inventory, maintaining brand standards, and building community connections. Candidates should be at least 18, have flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and preferably have three years of retail management experience.
