KPMG Global Services is hiring an Assistant Manager — Microsoft Copilot Developer to lead the design, development, deployment, and delivery of AI-powered productivity and automation solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Power Platform. The role combines individual-contributor delivery with team leadership, including mentoring developers, coordinating work, managing quality and timelines, engaging with business and client stakeholders, and ensuring security and compliance. Candidates need 7–10 years of software or IT consulting experience, 2–3 years of Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio experience, and strong Power Platform, connector, Azure, and AI-agent knowledge.
