Description
The role owns and manages the full lifecycle of learning and development projects, from scoping through implementation and closure. Responsibilities include orchestrating cross-functional design, development, and testing teams; managing resources, risks, reporting, governance, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder expectations; translating business requirements into delivery plans; and continuously improving project quality, budget adherence, and scope integrity. The position requires experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, influencing senior stakeholders, delivering projects on time and in budget, establishing governance and reporting structures, and leading or managing others. Desirable qualifications include project management certification, learning or training delivery experience, LMS familiarity, global delivery experience, and mentoring experience.
