Description
The Assistant Manager assists the General Manager with the operational and financial management of a Lion’s Choice quick-serve restaurant. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation, cooking, and service; scheduling and organizing crew; ordering inventory; processing payroll and invoices; handling guest service and complaints; maintaining safety and sanitation; managing cash and reporting; overseeing store reporting; and coaching and developing an Associate Manager. The role requires a high school diploma, food-service management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and availability for weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
