Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to support dispensary leadership in daily retail operations, regulatory compliance, cash and inventory management, staff supervision and development, customer service, merchandising, marketing execution, and reporting. The role pays $20 per hour and requires at least two years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, POS and inventory software proficiency, and the ability to work flexible hours in a regulated cannabis retail environment.
