Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily dispensary-floor operations, including staffing, compliance, cash and inventory management, customer service, visual merchandising, reporting, and team development. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years of age, and 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
