Minnesota Cannabis Services is hiring an Assistant Manager to support dispensary store leadership in daily operations, compliance, cash and inventory management, staff supervision and development, customer service, visual merchandising, and reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 21 years of age, and 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The position pays $24.04 per hour for full-time, 40-hour work and includes an employee discount, health benefits, an employee assistance program, earned sick and safe time, and holiday pay.
