Mister York is hiring an Assistant Manager in Enköping to support the General Manager and lead restaurant operations when the General Manager is absent. The role covers optimizing operations, training, cleanliness and health, sales forecasting, inventory and purchasing, scheduling, recruitment, employee coaching, customer service, financial performance, and scorecard goals. It is a 100% employment scope position with variable day, evening, and weekend hours, probationary employment, and a start date by agreement.
