Description
The Assistant Manager role at Monro is a full-time position responsible for assisting in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store to meet service standards and achieve Monro’s performance and profitability goals. The Assistant Manager is a key holder for the store and serves as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager. This position requires ensuring that all teammates deliver exceptional service, effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, and consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
